Payment will be made at the time of purchase. The billing date differs depending on each card company.

We will email you the number necessary for payment at the beginning of the month following your purchase. The payment due date depends on the payment method.
A billing fee of 209 yen (including tax) will be charged only for the month of use. (Free for fund transfers)
・あと払い（ペイディ）
We will issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the following month.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store installation terminal), bank transfer and account transfer.
Payment deadline is 10 days for convenience store payment and bank transfer. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, it may be the 20th* in January and May.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing) (only once a month, regardless of the number of times the service is used). If paying at a convenience store, the maximum is 390 yen (including tax), and if paying by bank transfer, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. In the case of fund transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

About shipping products
After your order is received and payment is completed (credit card or other payment), shipping will be arranged within 1-2 business days.

About returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the defective product arrives or is sent incorrectly due to our mishandling. (You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item)
If you contact us in advance, we will ship the non-defective product by Yamato Transport (Nekopos or TA-Q-BIN).
Please return the defective product in the enclosed return envelope. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
