About returned goods exchange
If there is a defective product or wrong delivery due to our mishandling, please fill out the inquiry form within 7 days after the arrival of the product, specifying the "order number", "product name", "product number", "quantity", and "condition". Please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will send the defective product by Yamato Transport (Nekopos or TA-Q-BIN), so please return the defective product in the enclosed return envelope.
*If the product is out of stock, a refund will be given.
*Return shipping costs will be borne by our company in the case of defective products or delivery errors.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns without contacting us in advance.
*We do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer's convenience.
*For products purchased at a store, please contact the store where you made the purchase directly.
