Information on shipping delays due to suspension of Yamato Transport shipments due to snowfall (updated 2/6)

Due to the snowfall in the Kanto-Koshin region on February 5th (Monday), all Yamato Transport trucks departing from Tokyo were suspended, making it impossible to ship orders. However, from today, February 6th (Tuesday) Yamato Transport pickup has resumed.
However, depending on the road conditions in the destination area, there is a possibility that the package may be stopped due to traffic restrictions not being lifted, and it may take a significant amount of time for delivery.
For orders received after February 2nd (Friday), we have resumed shipping from our store, but please note that it may take some time for your order to reach you.
