Your order has been accepted if an order confirmation email has been sent to your email address.
If you do not receive an email by the next day, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please check your reception settings as the email may be sorted as spam or not delivered due to domain rejection.

*Telephone support is available only during business hours (10:00-17:00 on weekdays).
If you wish to cancel, please contact us "within the day of your order (until 23:59)".
Please note that we do not accept cancellations after shipping preparations have been completed or after shipping.

We will take care of defective products and incorrect shipments due to our mishandling, but we are sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the items together, so please cancel your order once and place a new order with the items added.

Membership information is important personal information of the customer, so we ask that you change it yourself.
Please log in to My Page and make changes before placing an order.
Also, if you would like to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us using the inquiry form on the same day you place your order.

We will ship within 1-2 business days after completing your order. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are closed days.)
