Regarding online shop holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays

Our online shop will be closed for the New Year holidays from Saturday, December 28, 2024 to Sunday, January 5, 2025 .

During the holiday period, we will not be able to ship products, reply to emails, or take phone inquiries. (Emails sent during the holiday period will be answered in order from the next business day in the new year, but it may take a few days for us to reply.)

[Regarding standard delivery orders]
■Orders confirmed by December 26th will generally be shipped within the year. *Please note that for orders where the information necessary for shipping is not available, it may take some time to confirm, so they may not be shipped until the new year.

■Orders confirmed after December 27th will be shipped in the order they are received after the New Year holidays. *Due to the high volume of orders we receive after the New Year holidays, it may take longer than usual to ship your order. Please make sure to order well in advance.
*Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to the high volume of packages during the year-end and New Year holidays.
